We offer free standard shipping for US orders only.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once it ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Regardless of the shipping method, all orders require 1-2 business days for fulfillment before shipping out.

Unfortunately, if your email is sent past the one-hour grace period, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.
To avoid shipping delays, we process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only guarantee cancellations within an hour from the time order was placed. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@glamai.com as soon as possible and include the following information:
In the subject line, put "Cancellation" and include your order number in the email which begins with GL.
Unfortunately, if your cancellation request is sent past the one-hour grace period, we will not be able to cancel the order since our warehouse has already processed it.
We do not accept any physical returns due to the impact it has on our environment. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
NOTE: A Refund Merchandise Authorization(RMA) for defective/incorrect items needs to be issued by our Customer Service Center to start the process. Please provide photos and/or videos of the item defects to our Customer Service Center support@glamai.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
